Yet another really long weekend! But a good one, nonetheless!

Egyptian Campaign has come and gone, this being the fourth one that I have been an ST at. I only ran four games this year, down considerably from the six I ran my first year. Considering there are only eight slots during which games are run, you can see how six would be a TON! I think four is a nice happy medium, but I am a little disappointed that I didn't get to play more games. I got to do the LARP one night, but there was way too much combat for my tastes. And somehow, I got roped into STing a combat... me, the girl who still isn't sure when you take your steps... :) The other games I tried to play in were either full or cancelled. :(

But at any rate, it was a lot of fun. There are some people who I only get to see once a year, at Egyptian Campaign, and most of them were back this year. I also met some kewl new people, some of whom may come to LARP in C-dale with me! That would be rockin!

Oh, for those who are interested, here's the games I ran. (1) An all Tremere-antitribu game, set in 1998, before the big nasty that destroyed them all. (2) A quasi-Dark Ages game, set in 1632, Bamberg, Germany, attempting to rescue the Prince's childe from the Bamberg witch trials. (3) An Exalted game, which was a search for a lost First Age temple. (4) An Adventure game, which was a search for a nifty artifact type thingie. All in all, I would have to say that while I enjoyed all of them, the Adventure game was an absolute blast. I really like the whole system and setting for Adventure, and I'm hoping that The Old Man will run that this summer... either that, or 5-year-old children who will eventually become Dragon Blooded!!!! :)
