Right, so Assie and Mander did this 100 things about them... mine is gonna pretty much follow the pattern that they've started... :) So, without further ado...

100 things about the ScaryWhiteGirl (a.k.a. Dawn):

1. I am an Aries.
2. I am the oldest of four children.
3. My birthday is exactly three months after Christmas.
4. I love LOVE LOVE cats, though I've never had one as a pet.
5. I don't like big dogs, cuz they have a tendency to like to jump on me.
6. When I was a kid, I LOVED reading biographies of historical people (the type that were written for kids).
7. I will read just about anything that can be even partially construed as a vampire-related novel.
8. I hate HATE HATE Harry Potter!
9. I like to say that I procrastinate a lot, but it's really not true...
10. I've seen a lot of musicals, but I can't really say that I liked most of them. :)
11. I was one of two people in my senior class to get a peace symbol put on the side of my class ring.
12. My mom likes to joke that I was born in a barn... (actually Barnes Hospital...) :)
13. I had braces for 3 years, and headgear, which was this annoying thing I had to wear when I slept.
14. I remember good chunks of my dreams, but they're always fuzzy soon afterwards.
15. I worry about things that I have no control over.
16. I have a completely unreasonable (and inexplicable) fear of birds.
17. I wear glasses for reading and using the computer (when I remember to put them on!).
18. I didn't have a boyfriend until I was a junior in high school.
19. I've been online in one form or another since I was in high school! (BBSes, MUDs, and the internet all included!)
20. I was teased as a child because I'm soooooo small.
21. When I'm at work, I always end up eating licorice bites a couple of times throughout the day.
22. I have dated three different guys named Mark.
23. I broke up with the same guy three or four times before we actually stayed broken up.
24. I have a HUGE collection of random jewelry, but I never wear most of it!
25. If I ever have kids, one of them has to be named Emelia.
26. I got my driver's license about 3 months after I turned 16.
27. I've been in one car accident when I was driving, and it was when my friend and I were supposed to be at church... :)
28. I have a lot of scars on my hands, mostly from babysitting. But the best scar I have is my chicken pox scar on my left hand. I've never had chicken pox, but I have a chicken pox scar. Weird, I know!
29. When I was little, my friends and I always pretended that we were characters from cartoons. Big problem when almost all of the kids on your street are female, and very few cartoons had a lot of female characters!
30. I played tennis my sophomore and senior years of high school.
31. I didn't play my junior year because I didn't know who was going to coach the team, and didn't like the teacher who was maybe going to coach.
32. I graduated 7th out of about 150 students.
33. I cried when my parents told me that Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny weren't real.
34. I LOVE shopping, though I rarely buy anything!
35. I'm at least 75% German, and the other 25% is partially Irish. But I don't know for sure, despite spending HOURS on my genealogy!
36. My maiden name (Vogel) means "bird" in German.
37. I've never been outside of the United States, and have probably only been to about 30 states.
38. I really want to go to Germany and England.
39. I've always loved reading.
40. I hate watching TV.
41. I was raised Catholic, but I don't really consider myself one anymore.
42. When I was younger, my favorite show was "Knight Rider."
43. The only shows I watch on TV anymore are "Raw is War" (wrestling) and "Iron Chef."
44. I currently work in documentary editing, and hope to do so forever!
45. I learned to play the flute (sorta) when I was in 6th grade, but I hated it and wanted to play the drums instead! But my mom told me that girls didn't play drums, and wouldn't let me switch instruments.
46. I have a tendency to bite my nails (though I'm growing them out at the moment!).
47. I have had two kidney stones in the past five years.
48. I almost always wear a silver necklace with a silver ankh hanging from it.
49. The ankh that I currently wear is the third one that I've had, as the first one nearly broke, and the second one was very small.
50. I rarely talk to my dad, to the point where he has never seen the house I've been living in for the past year...
51. I may end up being the godmother of my sister's boyfriend, if he chooses to become Catholic.
52. I love writing, but I never think my stories are very good.
53. My dream job is anything which allows me to work from home in my pajamas... :)
54. My feet are size 6-7... depends on the shoes... :)
55. I am 5'2".
56. My hair is naturally brown, but usually is some shade of reddish.
57. If I ever had to get contacts, I would want purple ones.
58. I'm good at math, but I hate it anyway!
59. I seem to have a natural talent for proofreading.
60. I have never lived by myself.
61. My favorite band / artist changes so often it's almost pointless to say I have one.
62. I have a very spiffy laptop (well, it's spiffy by MY standards, which are low!)
63. I used to get strep throat every winter, without fail.
64. Because of that, I found out that I'm allergic to amoxicillin!
65. I don't wear skirts often, though people tell me I should.
66. My favorite color is purple, and has been for as long as I can remember.
67. I LOVE stickers... :)
68. I hate closed minded people.
69. I have my ears double pierced, but I don't wear earrings.
70. I love Chinese food.
71. I can cross one of my eyes, and leave the other one not crossed... apparently, it's really freaky looking.
72. I usually sleep with my stuffed cat, Maddie.
73. I only have one of my grandparents still living.
74. I bring my lunch with me to work in a red lunchbox covered with stickers.
75. I love getting snail mail, but I'm horrible about sending it!
76. I really don't like video games, with the exception of the Sims.
77. I had my first kiss when I was like 3. Go me! :)
78. I have only ever taken two drags off of a cigarette. I hated it.
79. I don't drink often, but when I do, it's usually tequila.
80. I love Burger King and Taco Bell, though I'll eat just about anywhere (just not LJS!)
81. I am not afraid of spiders in the slightest.
82. I'm very very curious.
83. I have a tendency to know a lot of gossip.
84. I hate hearing myself on tape or answering machines. It sounds weird to me.
85. I taught myself to play the guitar, very poorly... :)
86. My favorite season is fall.
87. My favorite holiday is Halloween.
88. I have to start out by sleeping on my right side, but I always move around before I actually fall asleep.
89. I have been known to talk in my sleep.
90. My room stays relatively clean, but my desk at work and home are disaster areas!
91. The first anime I ever saw was "Ah! My Goddess."
92. I have imaginary conversations in my head a lot of the time.
93. I get bored VERY easily... but, at the same time, I'm perfectly content to sit around and do nothing at all, some days...
94. I don't eat fish if I can help it.
95. I have a large collection of toys, mostly action figures and things from Happy Meals.
96. I have very few female friends.
97. I used to make beaded necklaces for my friends and to sell (though I never made much money on it!).
98. My favorite books are: anything by Neil Gaiman, the Vampire books by Anne Rice, and Lost Souls by Poppy Z. Brite.
99. I have TONS of clothes that I almost never wear, but can't bear to part with.
100. I love driving, especially on long trips.
