Oi...

Busy week gearing up already... go figure. That seems to be the way of things lately, and I guess it's a good thing. It's better than being bored. :)

I'm on speaking terms with my Hello Kitty sewing machine again, having finally started feeding it proper machine thread. :) When I learned to sew on a machine with a kid, I guess my mom just never had non-machine thread in her sewing area, because I never ran into this sort of problem before, but I had also never had it explained to me that you have to use machine thread on a sewing machine. Logical, yes, but few people have ever accused me of being logical. :)

So I'm mostly done with a big sewing project, which I will be sharing as soon as I can. I say mostly done because I E-mailed pictures to the people I made it for last night. I'm waiting to hear back from them on what they think, and whether they want me to make it fancier. Even though fancier will probably involve hand sewing, I'm totally okay with that. :)

Next on the agenda: more crocheted roses. I'm kinda glad I'm not doing a Valentine's Day show this year, because I don't have enough roses done for one. But I wouldn't mind selling a whole bunch... well, I wouldn't mind selling a whole bunch of anything, honestly. :) It has been a bit slow since the huge rush of Christmas. :)
