Tooting my own horn

I really love this purse. In fact, I'm kind of surprised that I listed it, rather than keeping it for myself. However, I have more than enough purses and bags that never see the light of day, so it only made sense to post this one. And, really, it makes me all happy to see it in my shop finally. :)

I thought about adding some fancy brass-colored chains to the top part, and maybe a few gears or cogs or brass-colored charms that I have, but decided to leave that stuff off so that the purse was easy to wash. I should find some brass-colored safety pins, though, and dangle some charms from those. That would be neat. :)

pretty! I think it would look awesome with some gears!

I think if I'm going to add gears to the bag itself, I'd go with fabric paint on the straps. But I found a source for large brass kilt pins, so I may have to get a few of those and have Jerome help me with some embellishments! :)
