Wow...

It's been a bit of a busy day at work for me, though it isn't nearly as crazy as it was on Monday. Tomorrow, I suspect it will be back to the normal slowness, as our office manager is back in the office, and I won't be covering for her, as I have been this week. :)

After picking Jerome up from work yesterday, we went home and ended up co-playing the Sims 2 for a while. I did most of the playing, but Jerome helped. :) We made ourselves on there, which is kind of eerie and cute at the same time, and now we're seeing what will happen. The Sim version of me was abducted by aliens last night, and now Jerome wants the Sim version of him to be abducted. Interestingly, if a male Sim gets abducted, they have a 100% chance of coming back pregnant with an alien baby. This is why he wants his Sim-self to be abducted. :)

Of course, this means that I haven't worked on any crafts this week, aside from a couple of little things for our stuffed animals. Yes, I made a cape and a scarf for stuffed animals. I do things like this, because I'm silly. Now, of course, I have to wonder if stuffed animal accessories would sell on Etsy... ;)

And in other totally random news, I'm having a hard time deciding if gingerbread tea is tasty or just weird. The type I got (on sale because it was Christmas tea) is very ginger-flavored, which might be contributing to my current leaning of just weird. I'm willing to give it another chance, though. (I also think this might be one of those teas that is vastly improved by adding milk... too bad I almost never add milk to my tea.)

humm... ginger tea does sound weird. I bought some tea a few weeks ago that I *thought* was supposed to be apple cider tea, so it says on the box, but when you open it up, it's actually black tea... i've not had but one cup, and don't have the heart to throw it out... maybe milk. Maybe milk.

Ooh, that's a bummer, because apple cider tea would be NUMMY! (I did, however, figure out how to improve decaf chai tea by mixing it with instant apple cider... perhaps that would improve your black tea?)
