Yeah, this has the makings of a long week...
But I survived my first day of solo work at the Archives, which was really productive. Tomorrow I go back in the morning, and then have to ride a couple of buses to the office to make an afternoon meeting or two. But I'll get to see my office (YAY!) and catch up on whatever has been piled on my desk or in my inbox in my absense (BOO!).
More specifically, however, I'm hoping to sort out what's going on with the trip to Kansas, as that affects when I have to schedule my trip to Texas. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm going to melt in Texas, regardless... :(
Why can't it be trips to Texas in the winter and trips to Minnesota in the summer? That would be sweet. :)
